Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping usually takes place via mailboat and is dependent on the boat's shipping schedule. Although it may differ, the most common boat schedules are Tuesday and Friday. The packages leave Eleuthera in the early afternoon and arrive in Nassau in the evening/night on their respective days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are customized and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We will confirm your order with you before processing, which gives you the opportunity to fix or change anything about your order.
If we are at fault for anything, we will do our best to correct the problem.
