How do I place an order/request a quote?

To request a quote or place an order, simply call or whatsapp us. Let us know what you'd like to order and describe in detail how you would like it to be customized. 
 
For example, when ordering a shirt please state the color, design, color scheme for writing and placement of design on the t-shirt.
 
This will ensure that an accurate invoice is given.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We offer shipping to New Providence and the Family Islands. Please confirm your order at least a week before it's needed to allow enough time to customize and to ship. The shipping schedule is all dependent on the boat schedule. Shipping is at an additional cost and depends on its final destination.

Where are you located?

We are home based business. We are located in the settlement of Rainbow Bay on the island of Eleuthera in The Bahamas.

How can I pay for my purchase(s)?

We accept payments via cash, cheques and online bank transfers.

How long does an order take to process?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are processed in 5-7 business days after a deposit is made. If an order requires additional items that need to be shipped to complete the order, then it can take approximately 2 weeks to process. 
If we are experiencing a significantly high workload, we will let you know that the order will take a little longer than usual.
